Title: Problems logging in to vanity mailboxes
Some customers are reporting errors when attempting to log in to their webmail on our vanity mailboxes (baymoon.com, calcentral.com, cruziolatino.com, ebold.com, elgatito.com, icogitate.com, rattlebrain.com, scshop.com and skyhighway.com)
This problem seems to be caused by a large number of customers with larger mailboxes attempting to open their mail at once
The problem manifests with either a timeout error or a password error.
Cruzio Engineers are aware of the problem and are looking into it.
