*** The issue ***
One of the servers which hosts @cruzio.com mailboxes is under especially
severe strain during the ongoing Storm Worm botnet spam attacks. 
As a result, some customers may experience periods of a few minutes each in which 
they cannot connect to the server to read their mail with the Webmail client or
with a POP email program.
*** What we are doing about it ***
Cruzio engineers are working in the short term to ward off the spam storms and
improve server performance on an event by event basis. Over the next several
weeks, additional servers are being acquired, installed and tested. When they
are in place, mailboxes will be migrated to the new servers to reduce and 
redistribute the load.
