Title: Reliability issues with our io1 server
Some customers are experiencing problems with mailboxes hosted on our io1 webserver. Including slow downloading of email and problems accessing mail through the webmail interface.
Cruzio Engineers are aware of the problem and are currently evaluating options for a twofold solution and upgrade deployment. We expect to be announcing details on this deployment by September 30th 
Email addresses ending with baymoon.com, calcentral.com, cruziolatino.com, elgatito.com, rattlebrain.com, icogitate.com, ebold.com, scshop.com and skyhighway.com are affected by this issue, other email addresses are not.
