1. Meeting for Web Designers
2. Cruzio Network Status Updates via SMS
1. Meeting for Web Designers/Consultants
Cruzio will be having a Consultants meeting on September
18th, from 12 - 1ish. Our presentation will be geared
towards Web designers who'd like to learn more about the
buzz behind Web 2.0, and Cruzio's Web 2.0 offerings.
We'll be showing off Installatron, our one-click web
application installer, and give an overview of the
award-winning open source content web apps Joomla,
WordPress, and Simple Machines Forum. Registration is
free and includes a free lunch. Please visit
http://classes.cruzio.com/events.html to register.
2. Cruzio Network Status Updates via SMS or email
You've asked for it, and we deliver. It's important to be
aware of the origination of network issues. Cruzio strives
hard to publish network outages to our Network Status page
(http://www.cruzio.com/misc/network_status.html), but that
doesn't help you if your network is down. Because of this,
we're happy to announce that we can deliver network status
updates to any email address or cell phone capable of
receiving SMS messages.
If you are interested in this service, please send an email
to consultants at cruzio.com with your email address,
or if you are interested in receiving the network status
updates via SMS, please find your carrier from the list below and
send us your number in the proper format. Standard text
messaging rates apply.

Mike, Westi, and Chris N.
