Some customers' Static IP addresses changing

Hi guys, we're having to move a bunch of static IP customers to new  
IP's to balance traffic over our major circuits., we've posted info to  
the cruzio support forum about this. We're also emailing each affected  
customer directly and will be calling them too.

Here is the info and the list of affected IP addresses so you can see  
if any of your customers are affected, if you don't recognize them by  
IP you can give us a buzz to find out if they're affected.



As part of our ongoing network improvements, Cruzio will be changing  
some customers' static IP addresses on Wednesday, July 8th at 10 AM or  
Thursday, July 9th at 10 AM. affected customers will need to update  
their computer or router's network settings with this new information  
to maintain connectivity.

Please note, if you have any DNS pointing at your current IP, Cruzio  
will make the necessary changes for all IPs changed in our name  
service record. For all IPs pointing to a mail server we will begin  
pointing the MX record at both the new and old IP immediatly to  
prevent mail from bouncing at the time of the switch. If you are doing  
your own DNS, we strongly urge you to do the same.
