This week it was announced that there's a pretty serious security issue with Joomla 1.5.0-1.5.5 that has been fixed with version 1.5.6. If you are using one of these versions of Joomla, it's highly recommended to upgrade your version of Joomla. Luckily it's very easy to do so: 1. Visit http://www.cruzio.com. 2. Click My Website and login with your Cruzio login and password. 3. Click Installatron. 4. Click the "Installed Scripts" tab. 5. Check the box next to your version of Joomla, and click "Upgrade" 6. Scroll to the bottom and check "Yes, create a backup before . upgrading," and "Yes, I wish to upgrade this script." Click Continue. You will now have Joomla 1.5.6. How can you tell if you have Joomla 1.5.0 to 1.5.5? Login to your Joomla site and look either at the upper right corner or the bottom. You will see either "Version 1.5.x," or "Joomla 1.0.x." If it starts with "Version 1.5.x," you should upgrade. If you have problems upgrading, give our tech support team a call at 831-459-6301 x 4.
